The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Lease and Licence Portfolio Administrator to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 14 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
Lead, coordinate and monitor administration activities
Coordinate and administer preparatory and leasing documents
Provide support, advice, analysis and undertake audits to monitor critical lease dates
Monitor and review tracking systems and procedures that support compliance
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
Whilst not mandatory, practice in property leasing, property administration, or contract management is desired.
Whilst not mandatory, experience managing or coordinating high-volume administrative workflows in a complex environment.
Demonstrated capability in tracking critical dates, managing registers and maintaining high-accuracy data
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Base salary ranging from $125,607 - $134,548 per annum
