Are you looking to build a career in financial services and make a real difference?
We're hiring a Superannuation Administrator to join our Gold Coast team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extending into a permanent role! You'll gain valuable industry experience, collaborate with a supportive team, and play an important role in delivering exceptional service to our members.
What you’ll be doing
- Keeping member account information accurate and up to date
- Helping process benefit payments and pension payroll
- Responding to member enquiries with care and professionalism
- Supporting daily banking and contribution allocations
- Assisting with onboarding new members and updating insurance details
Learning about compliance and risk in a supportive team environment

Experience & Skills
- A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organised and proactive approach to tasks

- RG146 compliance
- Basic understanding of superannuation
Previous experience in admin or customer service
