Role details:

We’re seeking Process Workers to join our Dandenong location. These are permanent full-time roles, working Monday to Friday on a rotating roster.

Rotating between Day shift and Afternoon shift each week
Day shift: Monday – Thursday working 4am – 4pm and Friday working 4am – 2pm
Afternoon shift: Monday – Thursday working 4pm – 4am and Friday working 2pm – 12am
Daily overtime applies based on a 35-hour work week
You must be available every second Saturday
Some flexibility around hours may be considered for the right candidate

What you’ll do:

Operate machinery to meet production, service, and quality standards for the manufacture of cardboard packaging.
Feeding product into the converting machines and arranging product at the machine discharge points.
Assist in machine setup, dismantling and job change tasks for a production run.
Perform quality inspection checks and other procedural checks to ensure the best quality is delivered to our customers
Maintain safe work and operating practices, and a high level of housekeeping always.

What you’ll bring:

As our new Process Worker, you will be a team player with a strong work ethic. You will be committed to working safely and engaging with all safety processes and procedures, along with the following:

Previous experience in a manufacturing is beneficial, though open to all backgrounds.
Comfortable working in a physically demanding role where you are on your feet for 12 hours.
Continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn.
Forklift licence is beneficial.
