Reporting to the Asset & Inventory Manager we are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our Melbourne Service team based in Mulgrave.
As the Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for managing the movement, storage and maintenance of resources and equipment within our warehouse. This hands-on role requires strong organisational skills, a safety-first mindset and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Warehouse & Transport Operations

Receive, unload and store incoming equipment and goods.

Prepare and dispatch equipment to meet customer requirements.

Load and unload local, interstate and intrastate transport safely and efficiently.
-
Complete all transport and warehouse documentation accurately and on time.

Ensure incoming and outgoing goods are handled and stored in an organised manner.
Storage & Inventory Management

Maintain secure and efficient storage of capital equipment.

Maximise warehouse storage capacity and maintain warehouse presentation.

Receive, dispatch and match batteries, chargers and accessories to equipment requirements.

Ensure stock batteries are charged, maintained and ready for use.

Assist with monthly stocktakes and inventory control activities.

Manage equipment identified for disposal or scrapping.
Customer Service & Coordination

Respond to enquiries regarding equipment and interstate transfers.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate equipment movements and logistics activities.

Support the delivery of outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
Safety & Compliance
-
Work in accordance with company Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety requirements.

Maintain a safe and compliant warehouse environment at all times.

Qualifications: (desirable)
