We’re a contemporary food business that was first established in Mordialloc in 2016, offering vibrant, pan-Asian street food that ignites senses. We're now looking for FOH staff to join the team in all of our locations, including Restaurant Supervisors, Floor/Bar Staff & Junior Runners. Energetic people with a team mindset and positive work ethic
Quick thinking and excellent problem solving abilities - no two days are ever the same!
Driven, determined people who can coach and inspire our team, no matter the level or role you've taken on - we're about collaboration
Proven experience in a similar role (1 years minimum) for Floor/Bar staff, and a 'can do' willing to learn attitude is all our Junior Food Runners need to bring to the table!
Experience implementing and upholding company policies and standards
A high level of food & beverage knowledge (more senior positions), and the ability to spark engaging conversations with our fantastic customers

As a vital part of our you’ll help create and enjoy a fun, inclusive and positive workplace while Making Moments Memorable for our customers. With our comprehensive training, we'll set you up for success at Bang Bang!
