Full-Time Baker / Bakery Assistant & Restaurant All Rounder

Full-Time Baker / Bakery Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake bakery products according to company recipes and quality standards.
Measure, mix, shape, proof, and bake products accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor product quality and ensure consistent daily production.
Assist with ingredient preparation, stock rotation, and general bakery duties.

Requirements

Previous experience in a commercial bakery or similar baking environment.
Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Available to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.

Restaurant All-Rounder

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service, take orders, and process POS payments.
Serve food and beverages while maintaining service standards.
Assist with basic food preparation and beverage making.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
Support daily opening, closing, and general restaurant operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
