Full-Time Baker / Bakery Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake bakery products according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Measure, mix, shape, proof, and bake products accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor product quality and ensure consistent daily production.
- Assist with ingredient preparation, stock rotation, and general bakery duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a commercial bakery or similar baking environment.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
Restaurant All-Rounder
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, take orders, and process POS payments.
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining service standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation and beverage making.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Support daily opening, closing, and general restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
