Full Job Description

We're looking for a creative, organised, and people friendly Marketing & Operations Assistant to join the CoRize team. This is a varied part-time role (2 days per week) that sits at the intersection of content creation and day to day operations in a vibrant coworking environment.

This role is well suited to someone with hands-on experience across social media, content creation, and marketing execution. You'll work across a varied mix of creative and operational responsibilities within a close-knit, supportive team environment.

You'll work closely with our team lead to support social media content, email marketing, and campaigns, while also helping to keep the front desk and daily operations running smoothly.

Key Details

Location: Moonee Ponds
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 2 days per week
Type: Part-time, flexible

Marketing Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

Create and edit short-form video content
Brainstorm content ideas aligned with campaign direction and brand tone
Research relevant social media trends and formats to adapt for CoRize
Create Canva graphics for promotions, events, and announcements
Adapt templates to maintain consistent visual branding across platforms

Email Marketing & Campaigns

Support the scheduling and preparation of email marketing campaigns
Help prepare and organise digital assets for seasonal activations and campaign rollouts
Assist with monitoring basic marketing performance and trends

Operations Responsibilities

Assist with front desk management and welcoming members and visitors
Support the smooth running of daily operations within the coworking space
Help ensure the space is well presented and running efficiently throughout the day
Assist members with general enquiries
Support the team with ad hoc operational tasks as required

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from current students and recent graduates. We value enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a good eye for content.

Proficient in short-form video editing
Confident using Canva for graphic creation and template adaptation
Comfortable with basic photography and short-form video capture
Good written communication and copy formatting skills
Organised, reliable, and able to manage a varied workload
Friendly and comfortable being a face of the CoRize community
A self-starter who can take direction and run with it
Able to work independently and take initiative

Nice to Have

Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo)
An interest in marketing trends, content strategy, or brand building
Previous experience in a customer-facing or community role

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
