About the Opportunity

Join RACV’s Business Care team in this hands-on operations role supporting the delivery and ongoing management of our Business Care offering. You will play a key role in customer case management, financial processing and operational support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Manage customer enquiries and Salesforce cases with accuracy and professionalism
Support account management activities including memberships, vehicles and service administration
Complete invoicing, receipting, reconciliation and assist with debt management
Maintain operational data accuracy, controls and performance tracking
Identify and escalate system issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

What you’ll need to be successful

Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
High attention to detail with strong time management and problem-solving capability
Experience in billing, invoicing or financial processing
Confident working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Excel
Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset

3+ years in operations, administration or coordination roles
Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally insurance, roadside or fleet operations
