RACV is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage the delivery of a complex, multi-year integration initiative involving back-end CRM and front-end digital changes.
In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across a diverse project, ensuring alignment to delivery objectives while maintaining strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, highly technical cross-functional teams, delivery and integration partners to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to a key program.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who can align strategic oversight with delivery execution, bringing best practice project methodologies while adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key responsibilities include
Develop and manage the integration plan, including schedules, milestones, dependencies and resource requirements
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place

Ability to manage end-to-end delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and dependencies
