Job Description

Welcome to Punthill Epping

Developed by Riverlee, the brand new property features 100 contemporary apartments ranging from Studio to Three Bedroom configurations. Positioned just moments from Northern Hospital and Pacific Epping Shopping Centre, the hotel provides a comfortable and convenient base for corporate guests, healthcare visitors, families, and extended stay travellers.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you’ll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest. No day will be the same, but each day you’ll strive to:

Housekeeping team operations management, recruitment and training, rostering & timesheet approvals
Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel's guest rooms, common areas and facilities
Implement & maintain our 'Veri-Best' housekeeping processes and policies within the team
Manage deep cleaning schedules, repair escalation, housekeeping projects, and budgets to metrics/targets
Conduct audits & checks to ensure compliance within housekeeping
Build strong and authentic relationships with your teammates and our guests
Ensure a clear line of communication between housekeeping and other teams within the hotel
Provide support and assistance to the Hotel Manager and be the housekeeping expert
