Sydney Robotics Academy

We are a tutoring centre focused on teaching primary school and high school students coding and robotics. We are currently hiring receptionist to help manage our facility and to help communicate between our clients and staff. Our office is small with just 5 classrooms and about 10 staff members managing a handful of classes.

Working Hours:

Casual/Part time(1-3 days), must be available on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday

Job Description:

Attending Reception Desk: Taking phone calls, greeting visitors, directing students to the right rooms, assisting students and staff where appropriate, communicating and liaising between clients and our academy.
Other Administrative Duties: Replying to email inquiries, responding to clients' questions on social media, maintaining class rolls and registration sheets, restocking stationary and consumables, and other administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone who has a good attitude and is focused on the work and is able to work well with the rest of our team.

Requirements:

Proficient in writing and sending emails
Proficient in using excel spreadsheets and editing word documents
Good customer service skills
Good work ethic - starting work on time, communicates well with other staff
Able to communicate with our clients in both Mandarin Chinese as well as English as we have a large population of Mandarin speaking clients.
