About our Team
Apple Dental is looking for a Dental Receptionist for our modern and vibrant Lane Cove practice. We have a team of 4 Dentists, 2 Oral Health Therapists, 3 Front Office Staff and 6 Dental Assistants and would welcome an outgoing and motivated Receptionist to join our happy and friendly team. Lane Cove is a leafy Lower North Shore suburb with a wonder village atmosphere.
Apple Dental is located very close to a major bus interchange and is easily accessible by public transport. On street parking is also available.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for our patients, your welcoming disposition and understanding nature will deliver a great first impression. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, you’ll be a competent administrator with responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the practice reception. From dealing with the phone, electronic and face-to-face communications, through to a full suite of administrative tasks, you’ll work closely with our Practice Manager in a dynamic team environment.
Skills and Experience
- Previous Dental Reception experience preferred
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work alone as well as being a team player
- Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional presentation and manner
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
