About the Back and Spine Clinic
The Back and Spine Clinic is a rapidly expanding Chiropractic practice providing accessible treatment across multiple locations in Australia. Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Customer service/Reception experience (required)
- Previous experience in allied health or medical services (preferred)
- Proficiency in PC operations, MS Office, PDF handling, Practice Management tools, and Canva (preferred)
- Attention to detail with a self-driven work ethic
- Social media or marketing experience (preferred)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression
- Reception duties - answering phones, responding to emails, processing payments, scheduling appointments using practice management software and answering enquiries
- General administrative duties e.g. scanning, filing, typing letters, mail
- Support clinic marketing and social media
- Assisting the treating Chiropractor in patient set-up and treatment
- Overseeing inventory, clinic operations, and financial transactions
