Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Burnley / Richmond, VIC — walk to the station, rooftop views included.

The Role

This is your launchpad into a career in sales and business development.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients — the person who spots opportunities, starts conversations, and helps retailers discover how our tech can make their business better.

You’ll be:

Generating and qualifying leads — finding smart ways to open doors.
Following up inbound leads and keeping the momentum alive.
Building relationships through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Supporting the creation of proposals and tender responses.
Assisting with product uploads, online store updates, and price management.
Contributing to light marketing work — email campaigns, socials, and promotions.
Helping out with the sales line when the phones ring (and they do)
