12-Month Fixed-Term Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to join our high-performing Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated finance professional who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
About the Role
As a Finance Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

Reconciling insurer bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
Preparing month-end accounting reports.
Reviewing and processing premium refunds and claim payments.
Documenting Finance procedures to support consistency and best practice.
Contributing to Finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supporting the Head of Policy Administration Finance with the development of insightful Power BI dashboards and management reporting.
Identifying opportunities to automate existing processes using modern finance systems and technology.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Demonstrated experience in a similar Finance or Accounts role.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Experience using Power BI for financial analysis and reporting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including documenting processes and creating process flow charts.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
