The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Water Infrastructure to join our growing team.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of water and sewer infrastructure projects, overseeing planning, commercial performance, stakeholder management, quality and compliance. Working closely with clients, water authorities, contractors and internal teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Lead the delivery of water and sewer infrastructure projects from award through to connection and project close-out.

Manage project planning, procurement, programming, resources, budgets and commercial performance.

Administer contracts, including variations, extensions of time, claims and project correspondence.

Coordinate testing, inspections, authority approvals and project conformance requirements.

Manage subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, water authorities and Water Servicing Coordinators (WSCs).

Monitor project performance, manage risks and drive continuous improvement.

Lead, mentor and support project teams while promoting a strong safety culture.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Proven experience delivering water and/or sewer infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of water authority requirements, testing, conformance and connection processes.

Experience in contract administration, budgeting, forecasting, cost control and variation management.

Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
-
A commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.

Relevant qualifications in Water/Civil Construction project management or equivalent industry experience.

Current White Card and Driver Licence.

Relevant water industry accreditation (e.g. Sydney Water accreditation) highly regarded.

Strong organisational skills, commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
