Coffee Machine Technician/ Appliance Technician

Permanent Full-time

$95,000 - $110,000 per annum + Superannuation

Company Overview

CAI is Perth’s trusted appliance repair expert with over 25 years of experience, offering quick, professional service. Our qualified technicians handle all appliance repairs and maintenance. We install, repair, and service a range of household devices, including coffee machines, dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, ovens, microwaves, and range hoods. As a mobile service, we come directly to your home to provide quotes and solve issues.

We are currently seeking a committed Coffee Machine Technician/Appliance Technician with relevant experience to join our Perth team.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

Must have AQF Certificate III or equivalent.
Must hold a current driver's licence.
Must have at least three years of demonstrated experience in appliance repairs, service, and installation is required.
Ability to read, review and interpret appliance, maintenance and repair manuals is preferred.
Capable of heavy lifting for appliance installation and repairs is preferred.
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
The ability to prioritise tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosing and testing appliances to identify faults.
Adjusting, repairing equipment, and replacing worn or defective parts.
Sourcing spare parts and liaising with suppliers.
Reassembling, testing, operating, and adjusting appliances or equipment based on technical manuals and written instructions.
Conducting maintenance and replacing equipment to ensure appliances operate at peak efficiency.
Timely documentation and job reporting.

Responsibilities include:

Complying with Inskip Enterprises Pty LTD’s policies.
Collaborating with management to keep precise job records for traceability and compliance.
Interacting directly with customers and site personnel.
Proficiency in operating tools and technology.
Commitment to health and safety and quality workmanship.
