Your day as a Reporting and Insights Analyst

As a Reporting and Insights Analyst, you’ll be responsible for supporting the integration of the myWorkZone platform. In July 2026, Treasury will migrate from SAP Connect to SAP S/4HANA. Additionally, this role will support the delivery of HR technology, reporting and analytics which reflect best practice, governance and statutory compliance to meet business demands. The HR Systems include the following:

HRIS - SAP S/4HANA (myWorkZone)
Cornerstone - recruitment, learning, performance, talent and forms
Power BI - analytics and insights

What you can bring to the role

In this integral role there are a few things we would like for you to have to best support yourself and add value to the people of NSW.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

SAP HR Establishment management experience (mandatory) and Payroll & Shared Service experience.
Solid experience in the administration of other HR systems (e.g. Cornerstone) preferred
Demonstrated analytical thinking, research skills and experience of complex data analysis
Highly developed problem solving, organisational skills, the capability to successfully manage competing priorities
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience
