About us

Mathnasium is a maths only learning centre that offers both maths help and enrichment to students in primary and secondary levels. We have over 1,000 centres globally and are leaders in maths education.

Our instructional approach goes beyond traditional maths tutoring to develop an understanding and build a love for maths in children by teaching them maths the way that makes sense to them.

About the role

Mathnasium Rouse Hill is seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant Centre Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the smooth operation of our math learning centre, work with students, parents and manage a team of Instructors at our centre in Rouse Hill.

What you'll be doing

Working with the Owners in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre
Successfully sell the Mathnasium program, build relationships with parents, and achieve optimal customer satisfaction
Collaborating with the Centre Director/Owner to develop and implement engaging learning plans and teaching strategies
Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to parents and the Centre Director
Maintaining a positive, welcoming, and organised learning environment
Supporting the training and supervision of tutoring staff as needed

What we're looking for

Experience with sales and marketing is highly desirable
Must be extremely passionate about teaching and interacting with students and parents
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the centre
A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with the Centre Director and other staff
Strong mathematics skills through primary and secondary levels
Working with Children Check (WWCC) required
