Full Job Description

The Deli by Greenhorns is a premium catering business operating out of a bustling production kitchen in Osborne Park. We are dedicated to delivering fresh, high-quality, and delicious food to our corporate and private clients.

We are currently seeking two reliable, detail-oriented Sandwich Artists / Catering Production Assistants to join our team.

Available Shifts (Multiple Positions)

We have two separate roles available, both offering approximately 25 hours per week. Please state your shift preference in your application:

Position 1: Morning Shift (7:00 AM start)
Position 2: Afternoon Shift (12:00 PM start)

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Accurately read customer order sheets and prepare the required volume of sandwiches, wraps, and catering platters.
Recipe Precision: Follow strict, portion-controlled recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation every single time.
Health & Safety: Maintain strict compliance with food health, safety, and hygiene regulations (including allergen awareness and cross-contamination prevention).
Kitchen Support: Work directly under the supervision of our Kitchen Shift Supervisor to assist with ingredient prep and maintain a spotless workspace.

What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience in a fast-paced food environment (deli, café, subway, catering, or fast food) is highly regarded.
Strong attention to detail—you care about how the food looks and follows recipes to the letter.
Ability to work efficiently under supervision and follow precise kitchen processes.
Excellent punctuality and reliability.
Basic food hygiene knowledge (a Food Handling Certificate is a plus).
