Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations, including staffing, inventory, pos, open and close, etc
Assist the General Manager/Owners in training, leading and motivating the team
Manage function and bookings
Oversee food and beverage service standards
Support the training and development of team members
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor
Collaborate with the owners and GM to improve the business
Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing laws and policies
About you
Previous similar experience - fast-paced cafe environment with dine-in and takeaway
Ideally you have experience leading a team and directing staff
Approved Manager card.
Barista experience would be an advantage
Positive attitude and a love of hospitality - the most important!
