Mars Food is seeking driven and motivated individuals to join their Production crew as Production Operators working across our 8-hour rotating shift pattern. You will be the heart of the company, ensuring our products are delivered to a high standard and meeting supplier demands.

As a Mars Operator, your days will be filled with zesty smells and delicious products, you will be offered opportunities to further your career and there will never be a dull shift!

What are we looking for?

Manufacturing experience; desirable but not essential.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn develop.
Attention to detail.
A self-starter who can take instructions.
Mechanical aptitude; desirable but not essential.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Safely competently operate all equipment.
Ensure all products are manufactured to Mars standards.
Maintaining general housekeeping within your designated work area
Driving improvements.
Checking schedules to forward plan for any changes.
Completing effective shift handovers ensuring changeovers are done smoothly.
Part of a shift team, contributing to the achievement of targets.
