We are seeking people with experience in a hospitality role, who are available to work across our busy new year period.

A day in the life at Max Brenner:

Greeting customers upon entry and exit of cafes
Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks and other beverages, maintaining a high standard of quality
Work efficiently during peak service times and manage high volumes of coffee orders
Assisting other Team Members where needed
Complete in-house training to keep you up to date
Maintain a clean and well-presented store

About You:

A minimum of 2 years' experience within the Hospitality industry
Ideally 2 years of barista experience in a fast paced environment
Strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques, including grinder calibration, coffee
Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
Able to work mornings, nights, and weekends
