Café Manager Wanted – Full-Time | Robina Town Centre
We’re a small, family-run café and patisserie located in Robina Town Centre on the Gold Coast, known for our hand-made pastries, bagels, and Blackboard Specialty Coffee. We’re passionate about quality, community, and creating a fun, friendly environment for both our team and our customers.
We’re currently looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead our growing team and oversee daily operations.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Ability to oversee daily café operations with confidence
- Experience with ordering, stock management, and supplier communication
- Ability to train, support, and motivate team members
- A focus on excellent customer service and consistent product quality
- Reliability, professionalism, and strong organisational skills
- Confidence in helping run our social media (posting, stories, simple content creation)
- Barista experience highly valued (but not essential)
About the Role:
This is a hands-on management position where you’ll be working closely with staff, customers, and owners to keep everything running smoothly. We’re a busy café with high daily volume, so we’re looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining great vibes and a positive team culture.
