About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Barista / All-Rounder to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines coffee making, customer service, food preparation, and general café duties. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and café menu items.
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Assist with food preparation, display, and presentation when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, kitchen, and customer areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Restock products and monitor inventory levels.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
About You
- Previous experience as a barista or in a hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support all areas of café operations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
