Full Job Description

Application Design, Development & Delivery

Design, develop, configure, and deploy business applications using PowerApps (Canvas & Model‑Driven), Power Automate, and Dynamics 365.
Build custom application components, including forms, business rules, plugins, workflows, scripts, and automation logic.
Develop application extensions and integrations using APIs, custom connectors, Azure services, and REST‑based interfaces.
Implement application logic, data models, and system behaviours to meet functional and technical requirements.
Analyse business needs and translate them into technical specifications, application designs, and configurable software components.
Ensure application performance, reliability, and maintainability through structured testing, debugging, and optimisation.

Systems Analysis & Solution Architecture

Conduct requirements analysis, process mapping, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements, integrations, or new application components.
Prepare functional and technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration specifications, and integration mappings.
Configure and customise Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Service, Marketing) and Power Platform environments to meet solution architecture standards.
Support system testing, UAT cycles, deployment planning, and post‑implementation reviews.

AI, Automation & Copilot Enablement

Design and implement AI‑enabled application features, including Copilot‑assisted workflows, intelligent automation, and predictive insights.
Use AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI to extend application capabilities and automate business processes.
Assess data readiness and advise on responsible AI adoption within application environments.

Integration & Data Management

Develop and maintain integrations between Power Platform/Dynamics applications and external systems.
Implement data transformation, synchronisation, and validation logic using APIs, connectors, and Azure integration services.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across application components.

Technical Leadership & Continuous Improvement

Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to internal development standards.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality application delivery.
Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, user experience, and automation maturity.

Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates, new features, and industry trends.

Australian work rights will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Pay: $81,696.22 – $128,000.00 per year
