We're looking for an experienced Web Designer to join our growing team and create exceptional digital experiences that deliver both outstanding user experiences and measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, business goals and user requirements.
- Plan, design and produce website layouts, wireframes, prototypes and user interfaces.
- Create visually engaging, responsive website designs with a strong focus on user experience (UX), user interface (UI) and accessibility.
- Develop creative concepts, page layouts and digital assets tailored to each client's brand and target audience.
- Collaborate with developers, strategists and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
- Prepare and maintain design documentation, style guides and design systems.
- Review websites throughout the production process to ensure quality, consistency and functionality.
- Conduct website audits and recommend improvements to usability, performance and conversion.
- Stay up to date with emerging web design trends, technologies and industry best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Web Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience designing responsive websites with a strong portfolio of UI/UX work.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and modern web design platforms such as Webflow.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards and user-centred design principles.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
