What you'll do

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, service-driven superstar to join the Woolworths People Advisory team at our Brisbane office! This is a contact centre style position with fantastic opportunities to grow your HR experience.

You’ll be the ultimate support system for our valued Woolworths Team Members. Armed with cutting-edge HR tech and brand-new processes, you will handle inbound calls, outbound connections, and web queries, solve pay impacting queries, benefits, and system processes in real-time.

Provide accurate advice to Team Members and Line Managers on payroll, benefits, and HR systems, keeping up to date with internal policies and legislation.
Manage and resolve HR queries efficiently to meet SLAs, while maintaining data integrity across HRIS and case management systems.
Evaluate and close queries or effectively escalate complex cases to relevant HR teams and external vendors for a seamless customer experience.
Navigate multiple systems, calls, and case management tools simultaneously to optimise reporting and service protocols.
Identify opportunities to improve overall service processes and maintain
Maintain data integrity for employee information across HRIS and case management systems.
