Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Reservations team. You will set high standards for our guest experience ensuring a memorable experiences from the first point of contact.

What you will be doing:

Lead, coach and develop the Reservations team to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets.
Oversee the daily operation of the Reservations department, ensuring all enquiries and bookings are handled accurately and efficiently.
Identify and create opportunities for increased revenue working to achieve key financial targets.
You will be responsible for ensuring all reservations in the PMS system are up to date and accurate.
Resolve guest concerns and booking issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

You are a natural leader and enjoy developing team members, and take pride in being involved in the operations when required.
Previous experience and knowledge of Opera cloud.
Keen eye for detail, enjoy creating and maintaining agreed standards and processes.
Good time management skills and will be a confident communicator both verbally and written.
You will thrive in a fast-paced working environment, and will be able to effectively manage complex and competing priorities.
You have a passion for exceptional guest experiences and are committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
Ideally you will have previous experience as a Reservations Manager or Supervisor with sound leadership skills and are now seeking your next career step.
