About the role
Applejack Hospitality is expanding and were seeking experienced Front of House Managers to be part of our growing team and join the family! We're looking for passionate leaders who are ready to make their mark in hospitality and take the next step in their career. With 12 iconic venues across Sydney, we're all about bringing people together to share moments and make memories whilst showcasing the incredible talent and passion Sydney has to offer.
Key duties & responsibilities
- Lead by example on the floor, creating unforgettable experiences for every guest, every shift.
- Build, inspire and develop a high-performing team through coaching, recognition and genuine career development.
- Keep the venue running smoothly by overseeing reservations, floor operations and service throughout the day.
- Work closely with senior management to drive performance, achieve targets and identify opportunities to elevate the guest experience.
- Champion a culture of safety, compliance and operational excellence while empowering your team to succeed.
- Ensure the details are covered, from POS and cash handling to smooth close-down procedures and venue administration.

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry
- A true passion for people, authentic love for the hospitality industry, and be self motivated & want to be developed to be a part of the future of Applejack
- A solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage knowledge, in an elevated dining environment
- Current NSW RSA
