As a Clinical Nurse, you'll play a critical role in supporting patients, families and teams across the Stanthorpe community. From coordinating complex care to guiding others through challenging moments, your influence will be felt across every shift. Working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll help deliver safe, compassionate care that reflects local needs and makes a genuine difference.

Leading clinical decision-making to deliver safe, person-centred outcomes
Supporting and mentoring nurses while fostering teamwork and confidence
Driving quality and safety improvements that strengthen care delivery

Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia
Advanced clinical knowledge with confidence managing complex situations
