You're an experienced physiotherapist who combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion. You enjoy solving complex challenges, building trusted relationships and helping others succeed. Whether you're supporting a patient through recovery, guiding a colleague or improving a service, you focus on creating positive outcomes that last. You're motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to your community while continuing to grow as a leader.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist and a recognised Physiotherapy qualification.
Strong experience managing complex inpatient or hospital-based caseloads.
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to service improvement, supervision or clinical leadership activities.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working in rural or regional healthcare and/or a strong background in mentoring, education or quality improvement.
Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage to everything you do.
