Full Job Description

Melbourne Based Window and Door Company in the South East Suburbs is looking for a energetic individual with attention to detail and can work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Invoicing: Processing, tracking, and verifying sales orders, invoices, and payments via email or phone.
Customer Support & Liaison: Acting as a primary contact for customer inquiries, product information, and issue resolution, ensuring high-quality service.
Sales Reporting: Preparing regular sales performance reports and documenting sales activities.
Logistics Coordination: Liaising with shipping or warehouse teams to coordinate delivery or pick up of goods.
Sales: Aquire new clients to expand customer base.

Key Requirements

Previous experience as a sales administrator, sales support agent, or in a similar administrative role. (Experience in the building Industry or similar is preferred).
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and order processing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
Full Australian working rights and current Residence.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
