Wormald is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Victorian Service team and support the quoting and estimating of fire system repairs and replacements.

About the Role
Based in East Bentleigh, Melbourne, an exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced administrator. This role supports the Victorian Service Department quoting on defects and repairs as reported from the service team.
You will use your extensive administration and customer service experience ideally obtained in the building services industry to meet our customer service requirements. You will work directly with field supervisors, field technicians, clients and third party providers, coordinating our client and business needs.
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:-
- Record management of defect details into the Sales/Pronto CRM tool
- Developing a sound knowledge and understanding of the defect rectification process and conveying clear and concise information to clients
- Providing quotations and company standardised pricing, when required
- Following up calls to clients to resolve outstanding issues
- Resolving and closing all opportunities, as quickly as possible
- Developing and fostering close business relationships with all stakeholders
- Acting as the conduit between field-based staff and external clients
- Developing a sound knowledge and understanding of company processes to ensure clear and concise information is conveyed to clients
We require someone who possesses the following qualities:

- Strong focus on delivering customer service excellence
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Pronto (or other ERP’s)
Previous experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business customers is a must.
