Full Job Description

Tydi Services is seeking a highly organised and experienced Operations Manager to join our Perth team.

In this key role, you will coordinate daily service operations across multiple client sites, supervise cleaning and service staff, manage workforce allocation, monitor service quality, and support the smooth delivery of commercial cleaning, facility support and related services.

Working closely with the management team, you will help ensure that staff, equipment, materials and operational resources are effectively coordinated to meet client requirements and maintain high service standards.

This role would suit someone with experience in cleaning, hospitality, facilities services, service operations or a similar fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily cleaning and service operations across multiple client sites.
Prepare staff rosters and allocate duties according to site requirements and operational priorities.
Supervise, guide and support cleaning and service staff to ensure consistent service delivery.
Coordinate staff coverage for absences, urgent changes, service disruptions and client requirements.
Monitor service quality, site presentation, hygiene standards and client satisfaction.
Liaise with clients, staff, suppliers and contractors regarding day-to-day operational matters.
Coordinate stock, cleaning materials, equipment and other operational resources required for service delivery.
Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are available, properly used and maintained.
Monitor workplace health and safety requirements and ensure staff follow company procedures and client-site requirements.
Assist management with operational budgeting, cost control and resource planning.
Resolve day-to-day operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
Support continuous improvement of service delivery, staff performance and operational efficiency.

About You

You are reliable, organised and confident in managing staff and service operations across multiple sites. You have strong communication skills, can manage competing priorities, and are comfortable working in a busy service-based environment.

You take responsibility for the quality of work delivered by your team and understand the importance of safety, presentation, client satisfaction and efficient use of company resources.

Essential

Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, facility services, operations management or a similar service-based industry.
Experience supervising staff and coordinating work across multiple client sites.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to prepare rosters, allocate duties and manage operational priorities.
Good communication skills and ability to liaise with clients, staff, suppliers and contractors.
Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
Ability to manage stock, equipment and operational resources.
Ability to work independently and solve day-to-day operational issues.
Current Australian driver’s licence.

Desirable

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities services.
Experience managing teams in a multi-site environment.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals and hygiene standards.
Experience in client-facing service delivery.
