Join Bethanie Geneff as Facility Manager in this Fixed-term full-time leadership opportunity. Offered as a maternity leave cover contract from October 2026 to 31 July 2027, this is a meaningful leadership opportunity to support a passionate team, oversee day-to-day site operations and help deliver exceptional aged care services.
Reporting to our Regional Manager – Residential North this role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service and person-centred care continue to be delivered across the Bethanie Geneff site.

About You
You are a confident and capable leader with experience managing diverse teams within aged care, health or a related sector.
Ideally, you will bring:
- A health-related and/or business qualification (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in aged care, health care or a similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven experience supporting teams through change and delivering positive outcomes
- Sound financial and operational management capability
- An understanding of workforce management, occupancy, business planning and the impact of clinical outcomes on operational performance
The Role
You will be responsible for effectively overseeing the day-to-day management of the facility, including:
- Leading the site to ensure a safe, collaborative and supportive environment for all staff, residents and visitors
- Driving strong clinical outcomes and continuous improvement, ensuring all aspects of care are person-centred
- Ensuring accreditation standards are met and maintained
- Meeting budget and business objectives while fostering a positive and communicative workplace culture
- Monitoring rostering processes and workforce requirements, including occupancy, care minutes, AN-ACC performance and budget variances
