Warehouse Pick & Pack Team Member Fast-Paced, Active Role | Casual 10–15 Hours per Week

Weekdays | Approx. 10am–2pm | Nerang

Do you like being busy?

Are you the kind of person who naturally works at a good pace, likes getting things done, and takes satisfaction in seeing a stack of orders packed and ready to go?

We’re looking for two fast-moving, reliable Warehouse Team Members to join our small team.

This is a hands-on pick, pack and dispatch role. The work is structured and can be repetitive — but the pace is important.

We’re looking for someone who can move quickly, stay focused and maintain accuracy without needing to be constantly managed.

What you’ll be doing

Picking and packing customer orders quickly and accurately
Preparing orders for daily dispatch
Labelling, counting and checking products
Replenishing stock and keeping picking areas ready
Using packing equipment
Keeping your workstation clean and organised
Following established warehouse processes
Helping the team get the day’s workload completed
Looking for what needs doing next rather than waiting to be given another task

You’ll probably love this role if…

You naturally work quickly and with purpose.

You like being on your feet and busy during your shift.

You get satisfaction from getting through a workload.

You notice when something needs doing and get on with it.

You can follow a process without cutting corners.

You understand that fast doesn’t mean careless.

Once you’ve been trained, you don’t need someone constantly telling you what to do next.

And you’re the kind of person who likes leaving a workplace better organised than you found it.

This probably isn’t the role for you if…

You prefer working at a slow or relaxed pace
You need frequent reminders to stay on task
You tend to wait for someone to tell you what to do next
Repetitive work quickly makes you lose interest
You sacrifice accuracy for speed
You dislike being on your feet and active for most of your shift

There is very little standing around in this role. When we’re at work, we’re here to get things done.
