Factory All-Rounder – Full Time
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Factory All-Rounder to join our team in a full-time position.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in producing a quality finished product and is happy to help across all areas of the factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting aluminium to size using a mitre saw
- Assembling and manufacturing security screens, doors and related products
- Using air tools, power tools and guillotine
- Measuring accurately and following job specifications
- Completing quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
- Unpacking and checking incoming deliveries
- Organising aluminium, components and stock
- Keeping the factory clean, organised and safe
- Preparing completed products for installation
- Assisting with general factory duties as required
About You
We are looking for someone who:

- Is comfortable working with tools and machinery
- Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Can accurately follow measurements and instructions
- Is organised and able to work efficiently
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Is willing to learn and take on a variety of tasks
- Is physically capable of working in a hands-on factory environment
Experience
Previous experience within a manufacturing, fabrication, aluminium, building or similar industry will be highly regarded, however it is not essential.
Full training will be provided to the right person, so we are also open to applicants who have the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
Position
- Full-time role (Monday - Thursday 6.30-3pm, Friday 6.30-1pm)
- Monday to Friday
- Hands-on and varied factory position
