Full Job Description

The Meat & Wine Co is expanding, with an exciting new restaurant opening on Collins Street in 2026.

We’re now looking for experienced and passionate Grillers to join our opening kitchen team . Part time and casual positions available.

Take pride in cooking premium steaks to perfection, maintaining the quality and consistency expected in a premium steakhouse.

What we’re looking for

At least 2 years of grill experience within a high-volume restaurant environment
Strong understanding of steak preparation, cookery and consistency
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
Passion for quality food and premium produce
Butchery and dry ageing experience beneficial
High standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Availability across a 7-day rotating roster

Experience within premium steakhouse or charcoal grill environments will be highly regarded.
