The Meat & Wine Co is expanding, with an exciting new restaurant opening on Collins Street in 2026.
We’re now looking for experienced and passionate Grillers to join our opening kitchen team . Part time and casual positions available.

What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years of grill experience within a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong understanding of steak preparation, cookery and consistency
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
- Passion for quality food and premium produce
- Butchery and dry ageing experience beneficial
- High standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Availability across a 7-day rotating roster
Experience within premium steakhouse or charcoal grill environments will be highly regarded.
