Summary
Avanade Advisory is growing its Organisational Change Management (OCM) capability to meet increasing demand for hands-on change leaders who can operate credibly with senior stakeholders, lead commercially, and roll up their sleeves to deliver. This role is for an experienced OCM practitioner who has personally led large-scale change programs end to end, led high-performing change teams, driven business development, and actively shaped Avanade's Advisory practice.

Key Responsibilities
As an OCM Manager in Advisory, you will operate as a trusted client advisor, delivery leader, commercial contributor, and practice builder , owning change and commercial outcomes end to end.
Lead and deliver complex change at scale – Own and lead multiple concurrent OCM programs , designing and executing pragmatic change strategies that drive adoption and measurable outcomes across complex, cross-functional environments.
Advise and influence senior stakeholders – Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives and senior stakeholders, confidently facilitating, challenging, and shaping decisions and outcomes at senior levels.
Translate strategy into delivery – Move seamlessly between strategy and execution, personally driving critical change deliverables where required and ensuring alignment to broader program goals.
Lead business development end to end – Contribute to practice revenue and sales targets. Lead the identification, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and closure of deals. Actively grow, manage, and qualify pipeline for the practice and key accounts.
Lead and grow teams – Lead, and mentor junior practitioners, building high-performing, inclusive teams.
Drive cross-practice collaboration – Lead cross-functional teams in delivery and internal initiatives, partnering with adjacent Advisory practices in pursuits and delivery.
Uplift the OCM craft and Advisory practice – Strengthen Avanade's OCM capability through methodology, assets, coaching, and role-modelling high-quality delivery. Own at least one practice or Advisory-based initiative and contribute to at least two others. Actively contribute to AdvX practice development and offering evolution.
Skills and Experience
7+ years of hands-on organisational change management experience, ideally within consulting or complex enterprise environments.
Proven track record of independently leading multiple large-scale OCM programs from strategy through to execution, including large scale engagements
Demonstrated experience leading and developing OCM teams , with a commitment to coaching, mentoring, and inclusive team building.
Strong experience engaging and influencing senior executives and complex, multi-stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated ability to lead business development activities — including identifying, qualifying, solutioning, and closing deals — and contributing to pipeline growth.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed delivery — comfortable moving between boardroom and backlog.
Familiarity with implementing change programs for the Microsoft product suite , including CE365, FinOps, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot/GenAI would be an advantage
Certifications & Development
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci ) is highly regarded.
All mandatory AI courses and certifications must be completed.
Human-Centred Design (HCD) skills preferred.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and completion of all mandatory training.
