What You'll Be Doing:

Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for a team of Business Analysts, including resource allocation across initiatives, and ongoing capability development to ensure team excellence.

Ensure optimal delivery outcomes through proactive management of issues, change requests, and testing protocols
-
Balance competing priorities of quality, cost, and timeliness when managing issues and change requests
-
Drive project and program success through disciplined delivery practices
-
Ensure all documentation reflects accurate business understanding and adheres to organizational standards, including defined completion criteria

Build credibility and foster collaborative partnerships through strategic engagement
-
Identify, measure, and champion process-improvement opportunities in partnership with business stakeholders

Ensure sustainable adoption of implemented changes through comprehensive transition planning
What You'll Bring:

3-5 years of Business Analysis experience in transformation programs and agile environments
-
2+ years leading teams and loving it
-
Exceptional skills in process modelling, As-Is/To-Be mapping, and data models

Regulated environment experience (highly valued!)

Stakeholder Management; you bring people together and get things done

Commercial savvy; you think on your feet and make confident, smart recommendations

Problem-solving prowess; complexity and ambiguity don't faze you

Communication excellence; you can write it, speak it, and make it stick.
