Downer has been awarded the Property and Asset Services (PAS) contract to deliver base and estate services across their two largest regions NSW/ACT and QLD. This is a significant milestone for our business and our enduring 80+ year relationship with the Australian Defence Force.

We’re inviting applications to join our permanent workforce at QLD Gallipoli Barracks as an Administration Coordination Supervisor.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Provide senior administrative coordination and day-to-day leadership to site-based Admin Coordinators across the Works Centre.
Coordinate and standardise administrative processes, reporting, records management and documentation in line with Defence and Downer requirements.
Support Works Centre and PAS Managers through accurate scheduling, correspondence, procurement, invoicing and data management.
Maintain data integrity and compliance across systems such as Objective, GEMS and INX, supporting audits and quality assurance activities.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in an administrative coordination or senior administration role within a corporate or operational environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and support a small team in a fast-paced setting.
Experience in records management, document control and business systems (experience with Objective or GEMS is advantageous).
High attention to detail, confidence working with data, and advanced Microsoft Office capability.
