The Opportunity
As our Quality Coordinator, you'll ensure all manufactured and imported products meet the quality standards set by our Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant Australian Standards. Through inspections, testing, audits and collaboration with internal teams and suppliers, you'll help maintain product quality, ensure compliance with Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL), and support continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who has a keen eye for detail, enjoys solving problems and is passionate about delivering quality outcomes in a manufacturing environment.
What you'll be doing
As our Quality Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

Conducting product testing in accordance with Australian Standards (including AS/NZS 1546.1) and internal quality requirements.
- Performing routine quality audits across production processes, inspection records and manufacturing documentation.
- Inspecting incoming raw materials using AQL sampling methods and approving materials for production.
- Completing product testing including water, impact, lateral load and top load testing across plastic and concrete products.
- Reviewing inspection and testing records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conducting warehouse inspections to identify and prevent quality issues before products reach customers.
- Raising and managing Corrective Action Reports (CARs) for supplier quality concerns.
- Identifying and managing non-conforming materials and products.
- Maintaining accurate testing data, certificates of analysis and quality documentation.
- Working collaboratively with Manufacturing, Engineering and suppliers to drive continuous quality improvement.
- Supporting compliance with Everhard's Quality Management System and ISO 9001 requirements.
What you'll bring

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing environment (desirable).
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) and manufacturing processes (desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, reporting and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience conducting quality inspections, audits or interpreting product specifications (desirable).
