Sales & Service Coordinator - Lotteries
Located at RSL Queensland's ANZAC House in Fortitude Valley, You'll help deliver great customer experiences while supporting the revenue that funds services for veterans and their families.
At RSL Queensland, our Dream Home Art Union lottery helps fund vital services that support veterans, current serving Defence members and their families. As a Sales & Service Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our sales and service channels, helping drive sales performance, customer outcomes and compliance standards.
Working closely with internal teams, external partners and service providers, you'll monitor performance, coordinate reporting, support quality assurance activities and identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experiences.

What you'll do
- Support the performance of sales and service channels through reporting and operational coordination
- Monitor vendor performance and quality outcomes against agreed standards
- Assist with quality assurance and compliance activities across sales and service channels
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and service providers
- Support campaign reporting and sales performance analysis
- Assist with invoice processing and financial administration activities
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiencies
- Help ensure excellent customer experiences are delivered across all touchpoints
About you
You're an organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys working with people, processes and data to achieve great outcomes.
You'll bring:
- Experience in sales operations, customer service, contact centre, administration or a similar coordination role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience preparing reports and working with data to support decision-making
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Experience working with vendors, contact centres, quality assurance processes or compliance frameworks will be highly regarded.
