We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while supporting sales initiatives that drive business growth.

This is a hands on role and will involve providing efficient, accurate and timely service to our clients as well as dealing with daily customer service duties. It is essential that you are self-driven and attentive to details as this position will be involved with:

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll be a key first point of contact for clients, delivering a professional, responsive customer experience while supporting service standards and branch sales outcomes:

Manage incoming calls, messages, and customer enquiries
Respond to customer enquiries promptly, resolving or escalating as needed
Support clients by phone, email, and online
Assist with onboarding and promote Grace’s services and processes
Provide customer web training and system/process guidance
Support branch sales, marketing campaigns, and outbound call programs
Identify sales opportunities and support proposals where needed
Support account managers with Level 1 enquiries, projects, and service requests
Set up accounts, issue welcome packs, and complete verification tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records
Record enquiries, feedback, and actions taken accurately
Help achieve monthly sales, service, and branch performance targets

What we’re looking for

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

Experience in customer service, ideally in an office, branch, or contact centre
Strong communication skills across phone, online, and in-person interactions
Sound problem-solving skills, judgement, and initiative
Strong attention to detail, administration, and data entry skills
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, or the ability to learn quickly
A proactive, accountable, and self-driven approach
A positive attitude and genuine focus on customer experience
Ability to work well in a team and manage competing priorities independently
Strong time management, reliability, and ability to work under pressure
A professional, honest, and safety-focused approach
Willingness to learn, join training, and support continuous improvement
