Office Manager

Harmony Care Queensland | North Lakes, QLD | Full-Time

Harmony Care Queensland is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of our office.

This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating administrative staff and office workflows, maintaining business records and systems, managing office facilities and resources, and supporting senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise administrative and clerical staff and coordinate office workflows.
Organise and oversee day-to-day office administration.
Maintain business correspondence, filing systems and organisational records.
Coordinate recruitment administration, onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain administrative accounts, invoices, expenses and associated records.
Manage office facilities, equipment, supplies and vendor relationships.
Coordinate office systems including Microsoft 365, ShiftCare and Xero.
Support senior management with scheduling, reporting and compliance documentation.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding office and administrative matters.
Monitor and improve administrative processes and office procedures.

About You

You will ideally have:

Previous Office Manager or similar administrative management experience.
Experience supervising administrative or clerical staff.
Strong organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills.
Experience with records management and business administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 and business systems.
Experience with ShiftCare and Xero is highly regarded.
Experience within the NDIS, disability, healthcare or community services sector is advantageous.
