Your new role:
As a Customer Support Officer with the Central Virtual Integrated Community Care (VICC) team, you will play an important role in coordinating referrals and connecting patients with the right services across Metro South Health. You will provide high-quality customer service, manage referral information and support the smooth operation of the team through accurate administration and effective communication.
Coordinate the timely receipt, processing and completion of referrals in line with established pathways and eligibility criteria.
Communicate confidently with patients, referral sources and health service staff by phone and email.
Maintain accurate patient information and perform high-level data entry across multiple information systems.
Provide a range of administrative support, including managing enquiries, correspondence, messages, documents and spreadsheets.
Training will be provided to successful applicants, making this a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to develop their skills in a healthcare environment.
