Office Manager

Harmony Care Queensland is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of our office.
This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating administrative staff and office workflows, maintaining business records and systems, managing office facilities and resources, and supporting senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise administrative and clerical staff and coordinate office workflows.
- Organise and oversee day-to-day office administration.
- Maintain business correspondence, filing systems and organisational records.
- Coordinate recruitment administration, onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain administrative accounts, invoices, expenses and associated records.
- Manage office facilities, equipment, supplies and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate office systems including Microsoft 365, ShiftCare and Xero.
- Support senior management with scheduling, reporting and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding office and administrative matters.
- Monitor and improve administrative processes and office procedures.
About You
You will ideally have:
- Previous Office Manager or similar administrative management experience.
- Experience supervising administrative or clerical staff.
- Strong organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with records management and business administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 and business systems.
- Experience with ShiftCare and Xero is highly regarded.
- Experience within the NDIS, disability, healthcare or community services sector is advantageous.
